Philippine Public Safety College — Computer-Simulation Curriculum
The Philippine Public Safety College trains the country's police, fire, and jail-bureau officers. The institution needed to embed computer-simulation-based decision-making for experiential learning at scale.

Approach
Borealis designed a computer-simulation workshop and integrated it into the Public Safety College curriculum, allowing training for cohorts of up to 160 students per session using ARTEMIS DRR scenarios.
Result
A standing curriculum module that exposes every cohort of officers to live-map, time-pressured, multi-agency decision-making — before they encounter it in the field.
