Why VTOL flying-wing

Helicopter takeoff. Fixed-wing endurance.

VTOL removes the runway dependency that limits most long-endurance UAS. The flying-wing planform delivers the lift-to-drag ratio of a glider, which is how 3 kg of payload travels 2,000 km on 60 hp of piston power.

Mission profiles

What we fly BV 700 against.

  • 01Maritime ISR — wide-area motion imagery over EEZ and chokepoints; AIS correlation through BG 100.
  • 02Border surveillance — multi-hour persistent stare with handover between geographically separated ground stations.
  • 03Critical infrastructure patrol — pipelines, transmission corridors, dam catchments.
  • 04Wildfire mapping — pre-deployment situational awareness and overnight reconnaissance.
  • 05Disaster damage assessment — first-light flights after typhoons, earthquakes, floods.
  • 06Maritime SAR — overhead persistent search of large drift areas at fuel cost of one twin-engine helicopter mission.
